Cancellations must be made 48 hours before arrival except when the weather prevents travel to the Island. In that circumstance, you will not be penalized. We will charge you for the total rental period if you do not call in advance. We understand that last-minute events may happen; in that case, we will reimburse what we can rebook.

During the busy season from June 15 to September 15, we are unable to deliver to the ferry due to congestion and safety concerns. However, our location is just a quick 5 to 7-minute walk away, making it convenient for pick-up.
